Our distinctive dish, Sweet and Sour Chicken, is characterized by the unique flavors of Hop Bo’s special blend sweet and sour sauce, which is a combination of Vietnamese chili sauce, white vinegar, ketchup, sugar and sour plum yogurt for a touch of refreshing fruit aroma. This dish features juicy chicken chunks. Different from the typical Chinese restaurants with only three to five sauces in their ingredients, we offer a selection of 10 to 12 sauces in the ingredients.
